1.  What are the advantages of purchasing a Premium WiX Templates vs the alternatives?

 

The most important advantage is cost: You can easily own a high quality website design for a fraction of a custom design. Some of our custom premium templates retail from several thousand dollars. When the site is complete by us, you won’t have to hire a professional in order to manage or edit your site. Second advantage is time frame: It usually takes 10-30 days for a good designer to produce a website of equal quality.

 

2.  Do you provide any scripts with your premium WiX templates or could you do some custom programming?

 

Our templates do not include any additional scripts. Newsletter subscriptions, search fields, forums, image galleries (in HTML versions of Flash products). Additional features can be easily added by contacting our sales team atsupport@premiumwixtemplates.com and our sales team will arrange everything you need to build, add or expand upon your site. 

 

3.  What do I receive when I order a premium WiX template from PremiumWixTemplates.com?

 

After you complete the payment via our secure form you will be contacted by one of our projects managers to discuss the next steps on bringing your new site to life.

 

4.  In what formats are your premium WiX templates available?

 

Website templates are available for use and hosting on the WiX.com platform.

 

5.  What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

 

You may:

 

▪ Make edits, alterations, additions or modifications to the site in any way you like once you take delivery of it.

 

You may not:
 

▪ Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).

▪ Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.

▪ Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design).

 

6.  What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?

 

Non-exclusive purchase:

 

▪ Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the template you have chosen some time later.

 

Exclusive purchase:

 

▪ Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy that premium template. After an exclusive purchase takes place, the template will be permanently removed from the library and will never be available to another client of PremiumWixTemplates.com again. Only you and people who bought the template before you will own it.

 

7.  If I buy a premium WiX template at the exclusive price does this allow me to resell that template unlimited times?

8.  Is it reasonable to make unique purchase of premium WiX template that was already purchased before?

 

Yes. Because there is very small chance that you will find the same design on the net. There are over 3,000,000,000 webpages online now according to statistics on www.google.com.

 

9.  Is the license a one-time fee payment?

 

Yes, the payment for your premium WiX template is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the template as many times as you need for one website.

 

10.  Is it possible to buy the particular image from the premium WiX template?

 

No. According to our Terms and Conditions we never sell the images separately from templates (as well as the templates separately from the images), the content on the premium WiX template is placeholder only, all content (images/copy) should be changed out with content you supply us for the content swapping.

 

11.  Is it possible for me to pay one price and have access to all downloads for a certain amount of time?

 

Sorry, we do not offer membership based services or plans at this time.

 

12.  I would like to make payment by company check. Is that possible?

13.  Is there any return policy?

 

Since WixProDesigners.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and services, we do not issue refunds after the product has been started, in development, or delivered, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read ‘Refund Policy’ section. We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the original purchase date.

 

14.  I ordered a premium WiX template but haven’t received any contact from anyone.

 

In this case please contact our Billing Department via support chat located at the bottom left of the site, or info@wixprodesigners.com by e-mail.

 

15.  I was billed twice – I received 2 emails from merchant.

 

Make sure that these charges have different order IDs. If it is so, contact our billing and payment department at info@wixprodesigners.com by e-mail.

 

16.  Is it possible to reset my account login information if I lost it?

 

Yes. When signing into your account at WiX.com, it provides you a way to reset your password when signing in, or you can change your login information entirely when logging into your account within your WiX tools dashboard.

 

17.  I would like to purchase a premium WiX template that I saw recently, but it is not available on the site anymore. 

 

The template has most likely been sold out for exclusive price. Look for similar templates in our collection!

 

18.  How can I modify a premium WiX template to suit my particular website?

20.  What software do you recommend for making HTML code to place into the iframe boxes within my Premium WiX Template?

 

We think that Macromedia Dreamweaver is the best.

 

21.  What is the best place to find photos/images for modification of my template?

 

We recommend you search WiX.com’s expansive inventory of free images, icons and videos prior to purchasing any somewhere else. You can find these when in the WiX editor in the image upload area of the tools.

 

22.  I was wondering if you could give me the contact info for a particular designer?

 

Currently we are only using a hand selected few of WiX.com templates and 10com custom premium templates. If you would like to contact the designers at 10com, email them at info@wixprodesigners.com.

 

23.  Is it possible to use your premium WiX templates to develop websites for my customers?

 

Yes. It is perfect for designers who want to offer their customers a high-quality design by saving time and money. Please keep in mind though, when purchasing a premium WiX template with ordinary or exclusive license you’re entitled to create only one project (one domain name).

 

24.  Can I put low resolution thumbnails of premium WiX templates on my website for my clients to choose designs?

 

Yes, of course.

 

25.  Will WixProDesigners.com help me to edit my premium WiX template?

 

WixProDesigners.com offers you a variety of options to help you with your premium WiX template. We include the swapping out of content you provide, or from your old site with all premium WiX Template purchases. 26.  Will PremiumWixTemplates.com help me to install my template?
 

Installation services are not included in the package price. WixProDesigners.com does offer domain and hosting connection (hosting and dmain not included) services as an extra to all of our premium WiX templates.

 

27.  Are your premium WiX templates compatible with any CMS?
 

WiX.com has a powerful and easy to use CMS system, that you will have full access to when the site is complete and delivered to your current or newly established WiX account.

 

28.  Is it possible that WixProDesigners.com will contact my client of which website I purchased from WixProDesigners.com and made for them?

 

Yes, our legal department checks licenses regularly. In case we won’t find designer’s contact information or our statement on the site which we made from a premium WiX template of ours, we will contact the owner of the site directly if we find reason to.
